Why don't you call them and ask?
Need more help. Food good.
Clean... food was great...restroom clean also. Great service.
I order chicken and fried rice and when it came out it was overcooked. It was a large pile of mush with chicken chunks. When I spoke to the waitress and informed her of the issue. She rudly informed me that that is how it comes out and there is nothing the cooks can do about it. After that I lose my appetite and didn't want anything else thanks to the customer recovery.
I have never experienced food that bad in my life. Service was horrible and the place was dirty.
Decent considering the locale (an unexpected find in small-town Franklin), but nothing to write home about. Boone Thai is great starter Thai food for the less adventurous eater. Nothing on the menu is too scary, and you might find yourself a convert! If you've had the pleasure of authentic Thai food, you won't find that experience here, but if you're looking for a quick bite and are sick of Chinese this is a nice change of pace. For those new to Thai cuisine, you're in safe hands, but if you like it, I really really suggest checking out more authentic places during your travels outside Franklin. Unfortunately, if you have had great Thai food, this won't scratch that itch, and is ultimately a bit of a let down.
Very good. Would have given 5 stars if they had Beer Lao, sticky rice and jeowbong😏
The food and staff here are absolutely amazing. We come to town three times a year for work and pleasure and eat here at least four times during each stay. The family is so amazing and the food is completely authentic and delicious. The red curry, Penang curry, green curry, pad thai are some of my favorites but honestly everything is so fresh and delicious. ❤️ Hands down the best food in Franklin.
Finally found a Thai restaurant in my area where I can order Green Papaya Salad. They have a fairly extensive menu. Th curry I ordered was good... I'll be back.
Very tasty, good service as well
Really, really good Thai food. Generous portions and modest prices. Pleasant staff.
I love love love their Pho! Chicken is my favorite!
I had the chicken fried rice and the egg roles it's amazing best in town for sure! Plus the staff is really cool.
This place was a complete (pleasant) surprise. If you see past the dodgy decorations... this was the best Thai food I've ever had and the service was exceptional.
Delicious food, reasonable prices, good customer service! It is a small restaurant with a chill atmosphere. We have been eating here for years and I have never had a bad meal. I highly recommend it. It's also very close to the Little Tennessee river walk and adjoining park.
Happily impressed, very good food. The staff was also very friendly. This is our new go-to for Thai, it is the best in the area.
Food was good, but we waited, and waited - over 90 minutes. And with a child for dinner - would not go again. Have 2 hours to kill. Try it. Food is great.
Sorta slow,but good.
The over 1 hour wait for our food ruined it for me. Food was very good and service was also good but not worth over an hour wait time. The other Thai restaurant in town at least warned us there was a long wait so we left that place and came here only to end up waiting an hour anyway.
Great food, excellent service and nicely wheelchair accessible. I only wish it were closer to my home so I could go more often.
Good Thai food reasonably priced. Excellent service.
Loved it!! The people are so nice. The food is yummy!!
the food taste very good friendly service
Excellent food, great service and lovely decor
Consistently good food, service, and prices.
The food is always great. Healthy. This is my go-to for when I'm sick. Try the green curry, basil rolls, and Thom kha kai (misspelled!) soup.
Good it's delicious, thanks Boone!!
I have been eating here since they first opened and the food was amazing as usual. My favorite is the fisherman's boat.
Great food and excellent service. The food was cooked perfectly, tasted fresh and was a good value. The prices were moderate but you get a lot of food for the buck. The basil rolls are AMAZING and the sweet rice with mango I think I could live on!! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
Love love love! Best chicken fried rice ever. And the staff is always pleasant as well.
There are no sufficient words to describe how delicious the food is here. No words. Ate the soup, green curry, and something else. Mouthwatering.
We love this place. Always great service and food. Our favorite is vegetable spring rolls with sweet sauce. Chilli Jam beef with rice for the main course. Lunch. Dinner. Great restaurant for Franklin.
Best Thai food for miles. Never a bad meal or experience. Worth the stop if you are traveling or just passing thru on 441.
Clean just needs more light in the dinning room. Waitress was very nice. The prices are very reasonable
A little out of the way location in an industrial-looking area. Dishes were tasty and reasonably priced. Very similar to Thai Paradise - not sure it's worth the extra drive for us to get there when Paradise is closer. Recommend going to the location that's closest to you.
For a little town like Franklin to have such a nice little Thai Restaurant is amazing! Basil rolls are summer rolls the Thai way, so flavorful! My husband ordered his Green Curry medium hot and was so happy with it. He likes things quite spicy but not authentic Thai Hot. I am a mildly spicy or no spice gal, and their mild spice is perfect for me.
Great food, pleasant atmosphere, good service, reasonable prices. Many vegetarian choices, a huge plus, especially in the Franklin, Macon County area. Thank you Boone Thai.
Food is very good but takes so long to come out. had to wait 25 minutes after appetizers and the waitress with the short blonde hair was so rude I got my food to go and left. The way she spoke to my wife in front of customes makes me wonder about how the owner accepts this behavior.
The food, drink, and staff are wonderful. You cannot go wrong coming to this location!
My husband loved the pho soup with stomp added. He has a very bad stomach and felt so good later. I had the lo me in, my son the sweet and sour pork with homemade sauce not that sickly sweet stuff you usually get. My daughter in law had the pad Thai which was delicious and she is very picky. Will go here again soon.
Great food and a great price for lunch
The food was between good and great, but the 75 minute wait was definitely not worth it, the waitress was rude, our food came out cold the first time. Overall averaging into my party of 5s opinion of 1 star, 4 star 3 star, 2.5 star and some others. Definitely not coming back any time soon. ( summary: Foods good or great ish, terrible service, very long wait )
Very impressed. It was takeout only because of CoVid-19 but still excellent. The Tom Yum Gai, Chili Jam Chicken and Black Pepper Garlic chicken all on point. Fairly mild so of you like spice ask for it. Surprising find on the North Carolina mountains Give it a try if you are in or near Franklin.
Hidden gem for Thai food! I honestly recommend the toasted tortilla. Sounds crazy for a Thai restaurant, but it is amazing. The most recent server we had was awesome. She took the time to go over the menu with us and made some suggestions for the food we ordered. She was on point. The Thai iced tea is AMAZING, in fact, I don't think we've had anything there that was not good.
On a scale of 1-10, I would rate this Thai Restaurant as a 1. If you need to be cleaned out, eat here then head for a restroom. I will never be back. Service is adequate. Stuffed mushrooms are editable. Tom Khai Soup tasted like it was made with Coconut Water, not Coconut Milk. Pepper Chicken had very little flavor. The Sweet and Sour Pork was the best food we had there.
The food was adequate. Very spicy as requested. Panaang curry was not very sweet.
Really annoying music played too loud, slow service, food was good.
Their peanut dressing is amazing and their salads are more than a meal! Basil rolls are a personal must have here.
Worst Thai food ever. I've been all over Thailand and eat Thai no matter where I travel to in the states. Good Thai is hard to find and if you dont see a picture of kings Rama 5 or Rama 9 on the wall it probably isn't good and is probably a Lao owned restaurant. . This wasn't passable as thai or even bad chinese. Do yourself a favor and drive as far as you have to instead of eating this. Drive to the moon..just dont eat this.
Food is amazing and good friendly service
I ordered a roast beef sandwich but asked for the beef product to be withheld due to my distaste for the slaughter of wild bovine of the long horn variety. When they refused to serve my roast beef sandwich with no beef I politely left the building in order to search for one of these premium sandwiches, and while I left I head the staff laughing behind my back! The absolute nerve of these fools. Only a buffoon would refuse to serve me this sandwich. My distaste in this restaurant is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
